Diagnostic Medical Imaging Radiography
Approved by the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) and accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the Diagnostic Medical Imaging Radiography program includes extensive clinical externship to further your training and skillset in this field. In this hybrid online/in-person program, you’ll learn to take x-rays using gamma rays and radiation to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. Upon graduation, you’ll be eligible to sit for the ARRT exams.
Surgical Technology
& Sterile Processing
Learn the skills you need to prevent infections and the spread of disease. MCC offers Surgical Technology and Sterile Processing programs to teach you the skills you need to work in a variety of laboratory and medical settings.
In just 60 weeks, MCC can prepare you for a career in Dental Assisting. You’ll learn the skills needed to assist dentists in procedures, perform x-rays, maintain and sterilize equipment and perform a variety of office administrative and record-keeping functions.
